Access Request

If you wish to request a specific access, rendez-vous on our ITSM Next Service Tool !

Prior accessing our SRM, you must ensure that you are already entitled with a Digital P@ss ID and a GGI.

As soon as you receive your IGG details, you must fullfill the DigitalPass enrollment (see specific documentation on this topic, as well as our Quickstart guides on how to quickly enroll).

Once you have been enrolled, you will immediately be able to connect to Workspace, and you will automatically access some default resources (access to Total Webmail, and our service request tool).

If you don't know what is DigitalPass or you have never heard about GGI, you are a new Total Partner, and are not able to request your access by yourself. In this case, you must ask your contract manager to issue the following access request for you.

Please consider that every access request is subject to a validation workflow in order to ensure the least possible delays (from 1 to 5 days depending on the access requested).
