To enjoy the best Workspace experience, as well as to take advantage of all the
functionalities offered by this service, you need to install some components (ie:
VPN client, TotalEnergies' Certificates ...).
This section automatically detects your OS and presents you all the
possible components that might be required, depending on your access prerequisites.
Please refer to each download item FAQ or product documentation as pointed out in
this page for installation details.

Prior installing the offered components, check that you fullfill our
Access Prerequisites.
If you are a corporate user, also ensure with your local IT
that all the Corporate Access Prerequisites are followed.
Please not that all these components are provided “as-is”. As a result,
TotalEnergies will never be responsible for any damage or conflict with any Workspace' component
deployed on your workstation.
Workspace components (Windows)
Prefer AIO Package install !
We highly recommend you to install our All-In-One First-Time installer
that packages all Workspace prerequisites.
If you use this package, this is the only Workspace prerequisites that
you'll need to install.
Download and install this component for an all-inclusive install of
all Workspace prerequisites at first-time deployment, or to repair
a broken configuration.
When installing this component, you don't need to install alternate
Workspace downloads.
Alternatively, you can choose to deploy separated packages one-by-one.
In that case, the deployment of BigIP Component Installer will be
mandatory, and all other will be optional, yet still recommended.
If you plan to connect to Workspace using your Digital Passport (DigitalP@ss)
ensure first that you have been entitled with a DigitalP@ss ID.
Then, to use the OTP Mobile features in your Browser,
download and install components provided below.

for more information on how to subscribe and how to install.
Download and install inWebo software to deploy your OTP mobile on your
smartphone, and to enjoy OTP services on your browser with HeliumBackup
extension.
Below is a list of third-party components that you might need to install
in order to use Virtual Desktop Services, if your profile has been
granted VDI Access.
Please note that although Workspace provides you the connectivity to access
TotalEnergies corporate internal resources, such as VDI, the service itself does
not depend on Workspace itself. Therefore, these packages are provided
here for convenience, but their deployment, as well as issues related
to these service are not under our responsibility.
For Citrix-OnPrem and Horizon Access, please consult your Mobility support team.
Horizon users should not install a client version less than v8.10. To install the last client
compatible with our platform, deploy Horizon client v8.10 (2306).
Download and install the VMWare Horizon Client software (minimum supported version: 8.10 ) to connect
to your Horizon VDI or XRAI VDI. Links hosted on vmware.com site.
If you need to access onpremises Citrix services (like Citrix-OnPrem or VDI Vision),
or other citrix VDI thru Workspace, you can download the Citrix Workspace app
direclty from the citrix.com website using the links provided here.
